LIGIGA’s presence in the Engineering sectors is through the reign of Accurate Enterprises, established in 1980 by Group Chairman himself, Mr. I.M. Saiyed. Comprised of highly qualified personnel in their respective fields with specialization in technologies and online services, the Firm is based on a solid foundation of faith and trust, hence it is in a commanding position within the engineering industry. This teamwork and dedication, managed and controlled, under the able stewardship of Mr. I.M Saiyed, with scientific and technical approach at corporate level has made Accurate Enterprises one of the fastest growing and emerging firms, not only in India, but also around the globe.
HISTORY
Group Chairman, Mr. I.M. Saiyed, a qualified Mechanical Engineer, began his career as a refrigeration contractor – expertise in Cold Storage Units. Here, he had to explain to Civil Engineering Agencies about requirements in the structure to accommodate insulation.
He found it difficult to get the necessary provisions in the structure and faced countless resistance to technical requirements and innovative methods time and time again.
At this juncture, he decided to undertake Civil Engineering Construction also, and received encouraging response from his clients. Thus, Accurate Enterprises emerged as a Civil Engineering Firm.
